Shipping Regions
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.
Orders outside the EU are not available at this time.
Processing Time
All orders are prepared and shipped within 2 business days after payment is received.
Shipping Carrier & Delivery Times
All orders are shipped with DHL.
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Rest of the EU: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on destination and carrier conditions.

- Netherlands: €6
- Belgium & Germany: €9

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Orders over €100 ship free of charge within the EU.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package in real time.
Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is complete and correct before placing your order.
Wanga Fashion is not responsible for packages undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or for missed deliveries.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was not collected, a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost once the package is received back in our warehouse.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We handle all shipping claims directly with DHL.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the shipping date, please contact us at info@wangafashion.com so we can investigate and provide a solution.
Partial Shipments
All items in your order are shipped together in one package.
