Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the shipping date. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. The item must be free from odors, stains, or any signs of wear.
To start a return, contact us at info@wangafashion.com. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns must be shipped back within 7 days after approval of your return request.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. If you received free shipping on your original order (orders over €100), and you return items that reduce your total below that threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@wangafashion.com with photos and details. We’ll review the case and offer an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Earrings and other pierced jewelry
- Lingerie or swimwear bottoms
- Opened cosmetics or beauty products
- Face masks
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your purchase following the steps above and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item and will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
European Union Customers
Under EU regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. However, all return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must meet the same eligibility conditions listed above.
